The outdoor terrace is equipped with a summer kitchen and barbecue facilities.
The large courtyard features a vegetable and herb garden, an open fireplace, children’s play areas, and a secure storage area for bicycles.
There is a large free parking space next to the property. On request, we can arrange a transfer from and to the airport (extra charge). Access to the property is via a macadam road.
The building is protected by surveillance cameras.
The lower part of the building, which is a servis space, is used by the owner Mojca.
A free baby cot is available.
Pets are welcome (extra charge).
This Self-sufficient accommodation is built according to the principle of sustainable construction. Natural materials are used, especially the oak from Kočevje forests.

There is an 80€ cleaning fee. If you stay for more than 3 nights, we do not charge for cleaning. If you stay for more than 5 nights, we offer a free Gotschee fest for the whole group.
30% of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival date: no charge.
From 45 days – 2 days before the scheduled arrival date: we charge the amount of the deposit (30% of the reservation amount).
From 48 hours – 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date: we charge 50% of the reservation amount.
From 24hours – 0 hours, no-show or early departure without prior cancellation: we charge 100% of the reservation.
We will charge your credit card for the amount.
